Sign Up for Web Ordering

To sign up for web ordering on our online store:

  1. Complete the web activation form. You will need your Select Drink account number, which can be found on a delivery ticket, invoice, or statement.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email from us when your account has been activated.
  3. Once activated, visit the registration page and create your web acccount using the email account provided in Step #1 and your 6-digit account number.
    • Important: When entering your acccount number, you must include any leading zeros (e.g. "012345").
  4. You're now ready to begin placing orders!

Place an Order

Once you've provided an email address and have created an account, you can begin placing orders. As an added convenience, you will also receive email reminders in the two days leading up to your regularly scheduled delivery date if you have not yet placed an order.

To place an order:

  1. Log into your web account at shop.selectdrink.com.
  2. Click the green "Place an Order" button
  3. Search, filter, or scroll to find your desired products and add them to your cart. (Tip: If you are looking to quickly re-order products that you've historically ordered, select the "Your Past Purchases" option on the left pane.)
    • Note: If your web account is associated with multiple delivery addresses or customer accounts, you will need to select a delivery address in the upper right before you can view prices or add products to your cart.
  4. Click "View Cart" in the upper right when you are ready to check out.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to submit your order.

View Invoices and Delivery Tickets

Within the web portal, you can view and print both prior orders' invoices, as well as outstanding orders' delivery tickets. To view invoices and delivery tickets:

  1. Log into your web account at shop.selectdrink.com.
  2. Go to the "Reports" drop-down menu and select "Print Invoices" to view past invoices, or "Print Tickets" to view outstanding delivery tickets.
    • Note: If your web account is associated with multiple delivery addresses or customer accounts, you will see invoices and tickets for all associated accounts.

Reset Your Password

To reset your password:

  1. Log into your web account at shop.selectdrink.com.
  2. Go to the "My Account" drop-down menu and select "Change Password."

Create, Edit, and Disable Additional Users

Create Additional Users

To add additional users to your account so they may place orders or view invoices on your behalf, simply:
  1. Log into your web account at shop.selectdrink.com.
  2. Go to the "My Admin" drop-down menu and select "Create Users."
  3. Enter a name, email address, and password for your additional user and click "Add User. (Note: Your user will not receive an automated email with their login information, so don't forget to provide it to them!
  4. Your new user will now appear in the table at the bottom of the page with an "active" status, and the user can now login at shop.selectdrink.com using the email address and password you specified.
  5. Important: Before the user can place orders or service requests, you must click the "Edit" link next to their name and place a check mark in the "Allow" column of a "D" schedule (to allow them to place orders) and/or "SVC" schedule (to allow them to place service requests). Once you've added the check mark(s), click the "Back to user list" button.
    • Note: Placing a check mark the "D" schedule will also allow the user to view/print invoices and tickets for delivery orders and service requests.

Unlock Users

If a user has unsuccessfully attempted to log in 20 or more times, their account will automatically be locked out. When this happens, you will need to manually unlock the user's account before they can log in again. To do so:
  1. Go to the "My Admin" drop-down menu and select "Create Users."
  2. In the users table towards the bottom of the screen, any users who have been locked out will be shown with a check mark in the "Locked Out" column.
  3. To unlock the user, simply click the check mark to remove it. The user will now be able to log in again.

Disable Users

To disable a user from logging in and placing orders, viewing invoices, etc., simply:
  1. Go to the "My Admin" drop-down menu and select "Create Users."
  2. Within the users table shown on the bottom of the screen, remove the checkmark from the user's "Active" column. The user's account will now be disabled and the user will no longer be able to log in.

Delete Users

To completely delete a user from your account, simply:
  1. Go to the "My Admin" drop-down menu and select "Create Users."
  2. In the users table towards the bottom of the screen, click the "Delete" link within the row containing the user's name.

Order for Multiple Locations

If you are an owner or manager wanting to place orders for multiple locations using your single web account:

  1. Follow the steps above to create your web account using one of your location's account number.
  2. Send us an email at [email protected]and let us know the additional locations and/or account numbers you would like added to your web account.
  3. We'll gladly add the requested locations to your account to enable you to order for all your locations using your web account.
